RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns

As each piece is thoughtfully crafted with the utmost care and attention to detail, we are unable to offer returns. 

Exchange

Your satisfaction is important to us, to ensure your garment fits impeccably, we offer complimentary alterations for up to six months from the date of purchase on all full-priced styles.

Reverse Pickup: A complimentary reverse pick-up will be arranged in the case of a faulty or incorrect delivery. For all other approved exchanges, customers are requested to send the product back to us, and the associated shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
The shipper must make claims for packages lost or damaged in transit. AM.IT DESIGN is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control such as weather. AM.IT DESIGN does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event if return package is lost, stolen or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse of any merchandise that does not meet above return/exchange requirements at AM.IT DESIGN's sole discretion.
Exchange is applicable only to purchases made directly through the Amit Aggarwal website. Products purchased through third-party retailers, marketplaces, stockists, or partner stores are subject to the respective seller's return and exchange policies.

Sale Items

All sale purchases are final.
Sale items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credit.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests may be submitted within 24 hours of placing an order.
Once an order has been processed, packed, or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Approved cancellations will be issued as store credit only. Refunds to the original payment method will not be provided.
